Simple Step by Step Checklist for Application Package (7 to 11 easy steps)

(Section 1 & 3 for Males. Section 1,2 & 3 for Females)

Section 1

Step 1 -

*Trip registration form with deposit. Click here to download the Registration Form.

Step 2-

*Provide a passport that’s valid for at least 6 months with 3 or 4 blank pages for each traveler from the date of Travel.

Step 3-

* Provide 2 passport size photographs for each traveler. Pictures should be standard Canadian size with white background.

Step 4-

*Provide a photo copy of (you keep the original) a stamped Immunization Card showing vaccination against Meningitis (one dose of ACYW135 vaccine) for adults. Meningitis and POLIO record for children under 15 years old. For children: Two doses of (A) vaccine (1 to 2 months between each dose for children ages 3-24 months).

Step 5-

*Provide completely filled out and signed Saudi Visa application form. Click here for Visa Application To complete the form you must: A- Print the application B- Complete and sign the application by hand in capital letters using a black pen and in all Capitals.

Step 6-

Non-Canadian applicants must submit a clear photocopy for both side of the Permanent Residence card.

Step 7-

Persons who have a non-Muslim name must provide photo copy of an official letter on the letterhead of an Islamic Organization that attests to their conversion to Islam. Provide Photocopy only.

Section 2

Step 8-

Ladies traveling with their Mahram must provide a photocopy of proof of relationship: 1- Marriage certificate for couples 2- Detailed birth certificate indicating name(S) of children

Step 9-

*Fill out a checklist label. Click here to download checklist. 1- Insert items 1-5 (and 6-9 if applicable) in envelope (Application Package). 2- Add checklist printout to Application Package.

Step 10-

*Mail Application Package to The Umrah Group Inc. – Package Drop off location 311 Bowes Road U#6A Vaughan, Ontario, L4K 1J1 Canada or Drop off application package to one of our drop off locations before the due date. Click here to view drop off locations.

Please note that envelopes with any missing items cannot be processed therefore will not be accepted, and will have to be resubmitted.
